Setup guide

Easy method - Recommended!

1. Install the Hola application
2. Login using your account details.
3. Select a country to connect to.
4. Access the application from the tray icon to connect/disconnect.
5. For any issues with Hola Premium, please contact us.

Manual method - optional, recommended only for geeks

1. Make sure you open this page under Safari browser on your Mac.
   
2. Join Hola Premiumto see access details
3. Follow installation wizard to complete the setup
   
4. Mac will prompt you to enter your Mac username and password to apply the changes
   
5. Important: Go to System Preferences, Network:
   
   Highlight any connection profile, and check the "Show VPN status in menu bar" box.
   
6. You are now ready to use Hola. Just select the country by clicking on the VPN icon in the system tray
   
7. Optional: Check your new IP address and country by clicking here. If everything is setup correctly, the site will report your location to be same as the country you selected.
8. You are all set! Enjoy your Hola Premium.
   
   
   
   
9. If you want to remove Hola Premium profiles: Go to System Preferences, Profiles:
   Note: Profiles menu is hidden if no profiles are installed on your MacOS.
   
10. Highlight "Hola" user profile and click the minus sign, then follow removal instructions.
